Thank you for checking out my blog!
This blog began with a work-and-holiday year in Canada starting in 2017. After time back in Germany and a full year in Japan from October 2022, I spent a few months in New Zealand — and new adventures are on the way.
Here, you'll find short stories and photos from the Canadian West Coast, my hometown in Germany, and everyday life in Japan.

Wham!

Such big drums, right? A well trained group showed everyone their skills and we were allowed to watch as well as grabbing some yummy snacks from on of the booths.
At night I had the first Japanese take out food and it was pretty yummy!

Konnichiwa!
Endlich!
