Ein englischer Garten nur ein halbe Stunde vom alten Dorf Iyashi-no Sato Nenba, mit abertausenden an pinken und violetten Blumen, ein Meer an Blumen. Und wieder eine super Ausblick.

An English garden just half an hour from the old village of Iyashi-no Sato Nenba, with thousands and thousands of pink and purple flowers, a sea of flowers. And again an awesome view.

genau gesagt nach Iyashi-no Sato Nenba welches einst ein kleines Dorf aus Bauerfamilien bestand. Als ein Freilichtmuseum umgebaut konnten wir die alte Bau- und Lebensweise der damaligen Zeit sehen, dazu gab es kleine Laedchen mit Handgefertigten Nudeln, Zeichnungen, Kunst, sowie Restaurant und Kostuemverleih.

Das Highlight war die einziartige Umgebung sowie die Aussicht auf Berg Fudschi.

Iyashi-no Sato Nenba which was once a small village of farmers and was rebuilt as an open-air museum after a typhoon in 1966" We could see the old construction and way of life of that time, as well as small hand craft shops which were converted in the old houses.

The highlight was the unique scenery together with Mount Fuji.

Ich habe auch mehr als eine Handvoll Minifiguren und ich überlege schon seit laengerem, wie ich meine ausstellen könnte.

Da ich mehr 15.000 Fotos habe dachte ich mir ein Fotoalbum waere mal nicht schlecht. In Sammelkartengroessee habe ich nun knapp die ersten 100 Fotos ausgedruckt. Meine kleine Auswahl liegt bei ueber 300, ob ich die alle auch ausdrucken lasse und ob ich den Platz habe mal schauen ...

Since I have more 15,000 photos on hard drive I thought a photo album would not be bad. In trading card size I have now just printed around 100 photos. My small selection is over 300, whether I have them all printed out and whether I have the space to look ...

Cute, right?!

Eine kleine Fahrradrunde entlang der kleinen Kanaelen hier in der Naehe. Wir haben Schildkroeten, Fische, Frosche und verschieden Voegel sehen koennen. Wir sind sogar an den einen oder anderen Reisfeldern vorbeigekommen, aber da war noch nicht viel zu sehen.

A small bike tour along the small canals near here. We have seen turtles, fish, frogs and various birds. We even passed by one of the rice fields, but there was not much to see yet.

Guten Morgen aus Nagano!

Nach dem gestrigen Tag ging es heute schon wieder nach Hause.

Good morning from Nagano!

Yesterday after our busy day in the prefectures of Gifu and Nagano we went slowly home today.

Schon um halb sechs in der Frueh ging es nach Nagano/Gifu mit dem Ziel Narai-juku und Magome zu besuchen.

Hier eine kleine Auswahl an Fotos der beiden gut erhaltenen Strassen der damaligen Edo-Zeit (1603-1867), welche zu einem Wege zwischen Kyoto und Tokyo waren.

Beide Ort waren super zu laufen und da wir schon so frueh unterwegs waren, war auch nicht so viel los. Wir haben uns alte Haueser angeschaut, japanische Snacks gegessen, in die Laedchen rein geschaut und das eine oder andere mitgenommen.

Ich habe jede menge Fotos gemacht und habe allein nur von einem Tage fast an die 400 Foto etwa geschossen, ein bisschen Speicherplatz brauch ich vermutlich noch fuer morgen.

Already at half past five in the morning we left for Nagano/Gifu with the goal to visit Narai-juku and Magome.

Here is a small selection of photos of the two well-preserved streets of the Edo period (1603-1867), which were one way between Kyoto and Tokyo.

Both places were great to walk and since we were on the road so early, there was not so much going on. We looked at old houses, ate Japanese snacks, looked into the small shops and bought one, two small goods.

I have made a lot of photos and have shot only from one day almost up to 400 photos , a little memory space I probably still need for tomorrow.
