Bike trip
Schon gestern Abend hatte ich mich dafuer entschieden bis zum Hengstey See zu radeln. In der frueh ging es dann auch schon los, immer an der Ruhr entlang bin ich automatisch am Hengstey See angekommen. Vor Ort habe ich ein kleines Paeuschen gemacht und bin dann wieder einmal um den See rum und wieder zurueck nach Hause.
Zuletzt war ich kurz vor meiner Abreise nach Kanada am See.

Aprox. 15 k far, it was going along the Ruhr river to the Hengstey lake. I started early in the morning where it was still a bit chilly, but during the ride and arriving at the lake the temperature rised up and I had perfect condition. Due to the weather is getting better and temperature is rising, it gives me more opportunities to go for a bike ride instead of going running, which makes definitely more fun.

Photo editing
Seit letztem Jahr habe ich endlich das perfekte Programm mit Adobe Lightroom um Fotos zu bearbeiten. Hier mal ein paar Beispiele, alle drei sind aus Kanada.

With my new laptop I bought last year I finally got Adobe Lightroom and since then I sometimes try out different styles which I apply on my photos. I have a huge library on photos which makes me overhelmed to choose a photo or style.

I keep up
seit einem halben Jahr lerne ich regelmaeissig Japanisch, ob Vokabeln, Grammatik, Sprechen, Hoeren oder Schreiben oder ein mix aus allem. Das Anwenden in der Praxis fehlt mir leider noch.

Since a half a year I've been studying Japanese daily, by using any kind of source like study books, movies, flashcards, youtube and applications. Practicing each day I hope will bring me forward to be able to have casual conversation. The most difficult still is the actual understanding of a dialoug especially by movies and series.

Gott catch 'em all
Bei McDonalds gibt es aktuell Pokemon Gadgets, sowie Sammelkarten zum Junior Menue. Ich wusste davon nichts, aber meine Schwester war bei uns zu Besuch und hat fuer die Kinder jeweils ein Menue mitgebracht.
Irgendwo habe ich auch noch einen ganzen Ordner meiner Sammlung an Pokemon-Karten.

Small fun fact, Pokemon was created in the same as I was born, 25 years ago. And of course when I was younger I was a fan of the franchise, like my six year old nephew who is now a fan of it. Today I've still a folder of my collection of the first 100 Pokémon. My nephew was the one who allowed me to open this pack, but once I opened I was kinda disappointed because I didn't know any of the new Pokemons.

A lot of fruits!
Wieder eine Tuete voll, dieses mal mit Obst. Ab und an duerfen wir uns etwas von unserem Marktstand mit nach Hause nehmen oder wir bekommen etwas als kleines Dankeschoen.
Das Dankeschoen tut wirklich gut, da es echt stressig werden kann. Trotz allem macht die Arbeit viel Spass.

Working on a farmers market can be pretty busy, especially between 10 and 12am, where we have the most customers lining up.
I had a job interview recently and the manager was kinda falling about me jobbing there, but first there are not much job offers in my city and secondly people rely on working there, too, Also it can make actually fun and you can learn a lot about veggies and fruits.
Sometimes by good work we get veggies or fruits for free or can just keep it as a thank you. I'm happy I found this job!
